They schedule service calls based on location and will contact you by 10:00 am on the day of service with a 2-hour window for their arrival, offering evening hours for added convenience.

Transparent Pricing & Charges

Our service calls are straightforward, with a diagnostic trip to ascertain your appliance’s needs. For out-of-warranty appliances, service calls are $95 + tax, with repairs from 9/11/2023 at $124.95 + tax. A non-refundable $25 deposit is due at scheduling, which is applied towards the total service cost. We value transparency, ensuring you’re informed every step of the way.

Warranty & Extended Service

We honor manufacturer warranties and offer extended warranty plans for comprehensive coverage. We service what we sell under warranty. Understanding the terms and coordinating repair authorizations is made easy with our team’s assistance, ensuring your appliance’s longevity and performance.

Repair Limitations

While we strive to repair any appliance, we note that appliances over 10 years may have limited parts availability. Our commitment is to provide honest advice and viable solutions, including applying diagnostic fees towards the purchase of a new appliance if repair is not feasible.

Parts and Labor Warranty

All parts ordered and installed by our technicians come with a warranty, ranging from 90 days to a full year, depending on the brand. We ensure that only necessary parts are ordered after thorough diagnostics, with your approval and payment secured beforehand.
