Our service department operates Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, with our team ready to assist you with any appliance needs. Our technicians are not just experts in their field; they are part of the community, ensuring personalized and attentive service. They schedule service calls based on location and will contact you by 10:00 am on the day of service with a 2-hour window for their arrival, offering evening hours for added convenience.

Transparent Pricing & Charges

Our service calls are straightforward with a diagnostic trip to ascertain your appliance needs. For Services not covered by manufacturer warranty the base service fee is $124.95 + NJST and is processed before your appointment is scheduled. Additional repair needed involving parts and labor for their installation will be quoted to you with parts total to be charged at time of ordering. Your labor payment will be processed after completion of your service call. We Value Transparency ensuring you’re informed every step of the way.

We honor manufacturer warranties and offer extended warranty plans for comprehensive coverage. We service what we sell under warranty. Understanding the terms and coordinating repair authorizations is made easy with our team’s assistance, ensuring your appliance’s longevity and performance.

Repair Limitations

While we strive to repair any appliance, we note that appliances over 10 years may have limited parts availability. Our commitment is to provide honest advice and viable solutions, including applying a portion of diagnostic fees towards the purchase of a new appliance if repair is not feasible. We will credit $50.00 of the diagnostic if the appliance is not repairable to use towards a new appliance purchased from Art Handler’s.

Parts and Labor Warranty

All parts ordered and installed by our technicians come with a warranty, ranging from 30 days to a full year, depending on the brand. We ensure that only necessary parts are ordered after thorough diagnostics, with your approval and payment secured beforehand.
